The base wine is obtained by a careful white winemaking of the grapes grown in our own vineyards. It’s stored in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15°C until the process to obtain the sparkling wine.
The second fermentation is carried out in autoclave tanks following the Martinotti-Charmat method.
Brilliant straw-yellow colour. Fruity and typical, aromatic, with good intensity, with floral notes and hints of peach.
7,5% Vol, serving at 10-12°C
Excellent as an aperitif and combined with light and traditional dishes, ideal for dessert, biscuits and pie.
